UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We will deliver in 1-3 working days for orders placed before 12pm on any working day. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification via text, email or call.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
IMPORTANT: Orders placed from the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other areas outside of mainland Britain must be placed by contacting us directly using details from our ‘Contact Us’ section. We will arrange delivery at the same time. Please note: orders placed from these areas via our website will not be processed!
Delivery Details
The delivery period stated is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If a signature is required upon delivery, please provide the address of someone who will be able to sign for the goods in your absence, otherwise they will be returned to the depot. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will not be charged for additional deliveries in this instance.
At Tile Kingdom, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped to you via courier with the tracking information provided. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please note that all deliveries are kerbside only. Customers are responsible for arranging any necessary assistance to move the goods into the property.
If you have selected to collect, someone from our team will contact you shortly to arrange a collection time.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Tile Kingdom advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions as they apply to all transactions and use of our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Return Options
At Tile Kingdom Ltd, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item, please notify our customer services team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Collection/Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless otherwise required under UK consumer law. Returns can be arranged independently by the customer, or we can organise a collection on request and provide a quote.
Condition
Products must be returned in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging, in full cartons only, and be suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds where goods are not returned in this condition.
Restocking Fee & Deductions
Returns of unwanted goods outside of the 14-day statutory cancellation period, or where statutory cancellation rights do not apply, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This applies to items returned because they are no longer required, excess quantities, or where the product does not meet customer expectations (for example, appearance, shade, or colour).
We may also make further deductions where goods are returned with damaged packaging, signs of use, discolouration, alteration, or if damage occurs during return transit arranged by the customer.
Restocking Fee Explanation
The restocking fee is not intended as a penalty. It covers the genuine costs of logistics, handling, and processing of heavy, bulky items such as tiles. This allows us to continue offering competitive pricing and efficient service.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order. Please ensure that goods are carefully inspected upon delivery.
Visible Damages: Any visible damage to packaging or products should be noted on the courier’s delivery paperwork or electronic device before signing. We also recommend taking photographs at the point of delivery.
Hidden Damages: If damage is not immediately apparent, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photographs.
Incorrect Goods: If you believe you have received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after this period, or for any damages that occur after delivery, including during handling, storage, or installation by third parties such as builders or tilers.
All valid claims will be resolved in line with your statutory rights.
Discounted & End-of-Line Products
Please note that discounted, clearance, and end-of-line products are sold as final sale items and are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty or not as described, in line with your statutory rights.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Returns made under your 14-day statutory cancellation rights will be refunded in full, including the standard delivery charge, and are not subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods under the 14-day statutory cancellation rights, unless otherwise required by law.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Product Samples
We highly recommend that customers order sample tiles before placing their final order. While we strive to accurately depict all of our products on our website, the appearance of tiles may vary due to factors such as lighting conditions, screen displays, and individual tile batches. Colours, shades, and textures shown on the website are provided as an indication only and may not precisely match the actual product you receive.
Product Variation
Please be aware that slight variations in colour and texture are inherent in the manufacturing process of tiles, and these variations are not considered defects. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the colour or appearance of the tiles as seen on the website and the actual product you receive. This is why we strongly advise ordering sample tiles prior to making a purchase.
Product Representation & Customer Responsibility
While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate, variations in colour, shade, and texture are a natural part of the tile manufacturing process. Screen displays, lighting conditions, and batch differences may also affect the appearance of tiles. For this reason, product images are provided as a guide only.
We strongly recommend ordering sample tiles before placing a full order to ensure suitability for your project. Returns made because tiles do not meet personal expectations of colour, shade, or appearance will be treated as unwanted goods and processed under our Returns Policy, including any applicable restocking fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned goods, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
